Conditions of Use

General
Any order signed constitutes acceptance of general conditions of sale of Pianos Prestige.
Special orders and custom fabrication plants can not be canceled. Technical information and pictures presented by Prestige Pianos are those of the manufacturers, indicative, characteristics may vary because of their, without notice.
All prices are in euros all taxes included. All quote or pro forma invoice is valid 15 days.

Payment
Pianos Prestige retains ownership of the goods delivered until full payment of the principal and interest. The mere submission of a payment does not constitute a payment.
The above provisions shall not prevent the transfer to the buyer from loss or damage. If full payment, Pianos Prestige shall be entitled to demand the immediate return of the material delivered. Costs that may be incurred for such return shall be borne by the buyer.
We accept payment by check expenses, money order or bank transfer. We do not accept checks issued by a bank located outside French territory, or checks made “Eurocheque”.
Orders of less than 500 euros are payable in advance. Beyond, you can pay on delivery through 3% Fee-refund calculated against the amount payable to the supplier. Orders are validated upon receipt of the original purchase order stamped. We accept purchase orders and administrative regulations mandated by the Treasury.
Outside metropolitan France, payment for materials ordered in advance is exclusively. Any payment may be subject to demand proof or guarantee.
You can choose either to be reimbursed under 10 days or receive a credit for controlling other equipment.
Shipping fees will be refunded if you return the result of an error on our part.
Pursuant to Article L 121-16 the Consumer Code, you have a period of 7 days after receipt of your purchase at your expense to return the equipment ordered.
Attention, remember, for your return request can be validated and processed:
- inform us in every way so that we can register your application;

Warranty
The warranty period is 5 years for new acoustic pianos + 5 ans offerts par Pianos Prestige sur le bloc clavier-mécanique ; 1 year for acoustic pianos Used + 4 ans offerts payears offered by Prestige Pianos on the block-mechanical keyboardintegrated electronics to an acoustic piano nine; 2 years for digital pianos, All keyboards and electronic equipment; 1 year for accessories; 1 year for electronic equipment used. The speakers are guaranteed 3 month.
Are excluded from coverage: the accordage des pianos, the piano strings and floppy drives.
The materials are delivered is standard French, instruction manuals in French.

For the duration of the warranty, we support fully:
> free replacement of defective parts,
> the cost of labor.

Contractual warranty does not cover:
> cases of normal wear or external hardware problems,
> damage and maladjustment, noise, slots, and any anomalies caused by variations in climate,
> cases covered by your insurance,
> postage return defective materials,
> the movement of a technician at the customer's home,
> cases belonging to a lack of use or maintenance,
> the case of professional use or intensive
   (materials used in public places are not guaranteed).

Are excluded from coverage:damage to furniture by clashes, damage, discoloration, blows, friction, damage caused by animals, Failure of the manual, misuse of power, modification or alteration without the consent of the manufacturer, and all failures due fuse does not respect the standards imposed by the manufacturer. For musical instruments, the guarantee is subject to compliance with the following precautions: instruments should be placed in a place where the relative humidity of air should vary between the maximum 60 and 70 %, should not be subject neither to excess heat (above 22 °), or drafts or humidity characterized, or placed against a wall heater, chimney, bouche de chaleur, bay window, or sun. The underfloor heating, boucheheat registert, fireplace or other heating method known drying, must be corrected by a normal humidification. Musical instruments should not be exposed to sudden temperature changes.
The acoustic pianos are to be granted to the normal pitch. Have to be paid at least once a year.
The agreements, settings, checks, harmonization and optimization are not included in the guarantee. The periods of rehabilitation are the same as for our repairs, without us having to provide for compensation for loss or we are required to pay or replace it with another instrument. Repairs do not extend the warranty period.
The warranty is void in case of resale of the instrument or if the serial number has been changed or disappeared.
The musical instruments used or bought on sight resulted. No claim will be accepted on the condition of furniture.
Intervention by unauthorized persons will void your warranty.
If returning goods under warranty and if it turns out that the devices are operating normally, all shipping and intervention will be charged to the customer.
Prestige Pianos not in any way be held liable for any unpredictable, indirect or consequential, damage associated with incorrect use of equipment sold, non-compliance to customer requirements of equipment sold or any other harm arising from a cause beyond Pianos Prestige.

Delivery
Deliveries or pay carriage always agree delivery on the ground floor outside the home. Deliveries are subject to stage an additional charge except.
Delivery times are indicative only and are not a cause for cancellation of order.
Delivery is considered completed from the date of the first presentation to the buyer.
The customer is obliged to check the conformity of the goods delivered at the time of delivery, before signing the delivery note.
Every delivery is made at the risk of the buyer regardless of the mode of transport.
All disorders or abnormalities on delivery (average, missing compared to the delivery, materials broken or damaged ...) must imperatively be described on the delivery note next to the signature, and confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt from the carrier, and this in 48 hours.
Unavailability of materials: if out of stock exceeding 1 end of month or distribution or manufacturing, the buyer is informed of the situation, and every opportunity, or change its order or to be reimbursed for payments already made.

Recommendations on delivery:
Take time to check the condition of the piano.
If abnormalities, enter it on the delivery document.
Confirm your findings to the carrier by registered letter within 48 hours, Keep a copy of these documents and contact us.

The general terms and conditions above are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted solely to the Commercial Court of Aix-en-Provence.

N.B. Confidentiality of data.
The processing of personal data is strictly confidential. According to the law of 6 January 1978, We do not store any data other than those necessary for the proper processing of your order.
You have the right to access and rectify data concerning you.
  

Financing your piano can be provided by our partner CETELEM
with several formulas:

1) Free credit on 6, 9 or 12 months.

2) Credit report, you buy today, and pay your first payment due in 3 months.

3) Long-Term Credit 12 to 120 months.

All these formulas are subject to acceptance of your credit report by Cetelem, regardless of the amount of your purchase.
