Hello,
Buying a Steinway concert grand was the dream of a lifetime. Thanks to Pianos Prestige and Alexandre Bouaziz that dream came true. I came from Sweden to Aix-en-Provence, a wonderful city, where I was remarkably well received; I was able to try out this magnificent piano several times, for 3 days, and it corresponded perfectly to the description on the net.
Everything I asked for was granted, and they sent me my piano via a German freight company (very professional piano specialists).

Dear Mr. Bouaziz,
Just a quick note to inform you that the piano arrived safely today, but not without a minor incident. The deliverymen wanted 5 people to get the piano up the slope with the trolley but there were only 3 of us. At that hour, of course, all my neighbours and acquaintances had gone to work. After trying in vain to stop a kind soul in the street, I managed to enlist the services of the butcher and the bookseller and everything worked out fine (but now I don’t really have any choice when it comes to buying my meat or newspapers…;-).
The piano sounds wonderful in my studio and stays in tune remarkably well, further indication of the quality of your work.
I would like to thank you once again for your fine service.
